Students Services

Should you require information or advice on class allocations, subjects you have completed, subjects you need to undertake, examinations, results, re-assessments, attendance and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), please contact a Student Support Officer, who will give you all the information you require or direct you to the appropriate staff member for assistance. For personal matters or any other issues, students will be referred to the appropriate agency.

Student Card

In order to obtain a student card, you are required to provide reception with a passport sized photograph. You will then be issued with a student card within a week. Your student card can be used as a concession card at museums, theatres, cinemas etc. however; it does not provide you with travel concession on public transport (International students are required to pay full fares). There is a charge of $15 for replacement of a lost card.

Student Portal

In order to obtain a student account for the Student Portal, you may register online Click here or contact Student Support Officers at reception.

Student Mail

If you wish to get your mail delivered to the college, students’ mail is kept in the tray at reception.  

Overseas Student Health Cover (International Students Only)

Medibank Private is the organisation that provides health cover to international students. The Medibank Membership Card normally takes 6 weeks to be delivered to the college. Remember to request receipts for payment of medical fees. Medibank Private will reimburse some of your expenses for consultations. Please contact reception if you require assistance acquiring a Medibank Card. For more detailed information on OHSC refer to www.medibank.com.au, or alternatively contact Medibank Private by phone 1800 188 188.

Student Accommodation (International Students Only)

If requested, Victory College of Design will provide details of a range of accommodation options through an agency in Sydney. We can also provide assistance with bookings. However, Victory College is not responsible for, and makes no guarantees about accommodation services or costs. If you are interested in this option, please click here.

Address and Contact Details

You are required to provide your residential address and contact details to the College. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation of your student visa. A Change of Address Form is available from reception. It is important to notify the College at reception in person within 7 days if you have a change of address and contact details.
